Service Reschedule
We understand that schedules can change. To respect the time of our specialists and other clients, we require at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling for all services except coaching services. We require a 48 hour notice if you need to reschedule a coaching services. All sales are final.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Appointments cancelled with 24 hours or more notice can be rescheduled 1 time at no additional cost for all services except for coaching services. Coaching services canceled within the 48 hour notice window can be rescheduled 1 time at no additional cost.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-show appointments will be charged the full service amount. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next scheduled guest, though the full service price will apply. If a client misses a coaching session and does not give a 48-hour notice, the client will be charged for the missed session.
