Service Description

Meet and Greet Virtual Meeting(30 min).   ​ 1st meeting. Information gathering meeting. We will discuss your current health situation, history of illness, discuss advance care wishes at end of life and post death wishes (Up to 3 hours). ​ 2nd meeting. Legacy planning, education of the dying process, developing a vigil/bedside plan that reflects your wishes at end of life (Up to 3 hours). ​​ Vigil/ bedside support for you and your loved ones. During this very sacred time, you and your loved ones will be provided with the emotional support needed. Gentle reassurance, calming therapeutic touch and ongoing education are provided throughout the vigil(Up to 12 hours).         Unlimited access to my support  by phone, text or email to answer any questions or concerns. Grief Support (1 hour complimentary).
