Service Description

Mat Yoga uses awareness, alignment, and breath to help release tension and relax the nervous system. This class will help you stretch and strengthen your entire body while creating space for stillness. The class is for all levels and offers a balanced Vinyasa (breath-synchronized movement) Flow. The class will include: a warm-up, a combination of strength, balance & flexibility building postures, standing & seated postures, a exploration of arm balances and/or inversions, concluding with a cool-down and a final resting pose (savasana) and/or guided meditation.
